Freezer Fudge (Vegan, Paleo, AIP, Low FODMAP)

These freezer fudge treats are SO EASY & QUICK! They have been my delicious way of re-introducing sweetener and chocolate after an elimination diet. It literally takes less than 5min to make them, and they can be eaten straight out of the freezer, no thawing required. No nuts, seeds, soy, dairy....avoiding all the foods groups that get eliminated!

They are paleo, vegan (if using maple syrup), AIP-friendly, soy-free, nut-free... but STILL SO DELICIOUS.
